Scripture reference: Mark 6:31
Read Mark 6:31, then use your phone or a music app to listen to a Gospel song, inspirational song, or hymn about rest and renewal. Use your phone to set a quiet listening pause, then put the screen aside and rest before reconnecting. If someone welcomes it, share an official artist or licensed streaming link by text or email with a personal sentence connecting the song to today’s scripture. Share a link, not an uploaded recording or copied lyrics.
How did restful listening affect your next interaction?
Your reflections are private. Nothing you write or think here is published, and you’ll never be asked to share private messages or another person’s story.
Invite someone by message to read today’s scripture and listen to the song with you, at their own pace, and try the 36-Day Challenge. Let them choose whether to join, and keep personal responses private.
